1. Receptionist
Duty & responsibility

• Front Office:
o Oversees the reception area to insure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image;

o Coordinates with the Executive Assistant overall activities for the front office, including training, scheduling and supervision of front desk volunteers and staff coverage;
o Maintains Front Office Manual, updating all forms, manuals and charts as necessary;

• Facility and Equipment Management/Purchasing:
o Coordinates the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities in conjunction with Executive Assistant and Director of Facilities;


• Administrative Support:
o Process daily deposits;
o Coordinates and schedules agency meetings;
o Participates as needed in special projects;
o Oversee or manage special projects for Leadership and other departments;
o Assists with mailings of thank you letters for donations;
o Assists with Wine Taste;
o Oversee mailings.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirement

·High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred. At least 2 years experience managing an office, medical office experience preferred. Two years supervisory experience, exemplary customer service and organizational skills required.
· Good image and good temperament
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; including the ability to speak and write effectively and to analyze, edit, review and interpret complex material;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision;
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel
• Ability to plan and supervise the work of others;
• Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures;
• Thorough knowledge of modern office management principles, procedures and techniques and their adaptation;

2. Warehouse Tally Clerk
Duty & responsibility

· Loading and unloading of cargoes.
· Packing and unpacking of cargoes.
· Counting and verifying quantities with packing lists.
· Stuffing and unstuffing of containers.
· Raw material delivery and placement
· Tally storage

Requirement
· Sensitive to data
· Familiarity with hardware accessories
· Time management & problem solving.
· Being able to work under pressure, and within a fast-paced environment.
· Work well in a team & independently
· Have a strong ability for attention to detail
· A degree/certificate or diploma with relevance to this position would by an advantage.

3. SELLER
Duty & responsibility

· Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
· Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
· Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales



Requirement
·Required to have minimum of bachelor’s degree in related field.
·More than 2 years of related building materials sales experience
·Ability to drive a car(driver licence)
·Be proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel
·Be good at communication, management, and problem-solving

4. CHINESE TRANSLATOR(WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR)
Duty & responsibility

l Learning ceramic tiles/box knowledge from factory
l Operating system printing slips
l Translate Swahili to Chinese clerk.



Requirement
l 18-35 years old
l Speak and write Chinese fluently
l Can use office software such as WORD and EXCEL
l A degree/certificate or diploma with relevance to this position would by an advantage.
l Sensitive to data
